Cancellation of Services

  • Cancellations made 5 or more days before the service start date are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made 2 to 4 days before the service start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than a day before the service start date are not eligible for a refund.
