We understand that situations may arise where a refund is warranted. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
Cancellation of Services
If you wish to cancel the services you have purchased, you must notify us in writing or via email at admin@middayconsulting.com within 7 days of the service start date. Depending on the timing of your cancellation, the following refund terms apply:
- Cancellations made 5 or more days before the service start date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made 2 to 4 days before the service start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than a day before the service start date are not eligible for a refund.
Unsatisfactory Services
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our services, please contact us at admin@middayconsulting.com within 3 days of the service delivery date to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to address any issues and, if necessary, determine eligibility for a refund.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Contact us in writing or via email at admin@middayconsulting.com with your refund request, specifying the reason for the request. We will review your request and, if eligible, process the refund within 3 business days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Exclusions
This refund policy does not cover:
- Services that have already been delivered and completed in accordance with the agreed-upon terms.
- Any third-party fees or charges associated with your payment, such as credit card processing fees.
